Automatically track your sleep from your Apple Watch*. No buttons to press. Even the Watch app is optional! Just sleep!
Using Advanced Heuristics AutoSleep works out how long you've slept so you don't have to.
If you DO wear your Watch to bed, you don't need to do a single thing. AutoSleep will track your sleep & quality and send you a notification in the morning.
Even if you don't wear your Watch to bed, AutoSleep can track your time in bed. It's extremely simple.
If you DON'T wear your Watch to bed, then simply take your Watch off before you go to sleep. As soon as you touch your iPhone or put your Watch back on in the morning then AutoSleep will know that you have finished sleeping.
As everyone is a little bit different. AutoSleep provides a simple setup wizard and an option to tweak if you are a very restless sleeper.
If you wear your Apple Watch to bed*, AutoSleep will also analyse your sleep quality. By using time asleep, restlessness, time awake and heart rate it can score the quality of your sleep and provide you with a comprehensive nightly analysis.
*Note. If you do not wear your Watch to bed, AutoSleep simply captures the amount of time sleeping.
AutoSleep also works with HeartWatch our premier heart & activity monitoring app and writes your Sleep information to Apple Health.
*Requires Apple Watch running Watch OS 4 or higher. WatchOS 5 recommended.

Pillow Top! Autosleep shit...
I got my first iPhone watch yesterday and added the AutoSleep app. It was easy to set up and set a time for my sleep and wake up. Got up this morning and seen that it gives you lots of info, on how week you sleep, if it was effective sleep, and so on, I think I’m gonna like this app the more I use it!
Having moved from a garmin vivomove to an Apple Watch I really missed the sleep function - This app is far better than the Garmin - must admit exceeds all expectations>>
I have tried a number of the sleep tracking apps with my iPhone and Apple Watch 4. Most of the sleep apps that I have tried have been unreliable to say the least because I move around a fair bit in my sleep. This app has proved to be brilliantly accurate at detecting when I am asleep helped by The many features it has altering the sensitivities of your sleep pattern. Finally I found an app that gives me a great log on my sleep pattern. Which I hope will help me improve and gain a better nights sleep. What’s even better is it is FREE
Still figuring it out but so far, really helpful and feeling rested during the day.
This app has helped change my life. Not in a big, sudden, flashy way. But rather a slow steady awareness of my sleep levels that have let me make long run changes. I love it and don't know how I lived without it. Simply seeing that I wasn't getting enough sleep was the first step, and over a period of a few months I was able to change a few things and I now get eight hours most of the time. Blackout curtains for my window, reduce white point for my phone at night, etc Now it even does heart rate variability based readiness scores. It's still early days, but I've noticed a correlation between this score and how well I can do a workout. In particular I love the fast feedback I get with this app. I can try a thing for a few days and quickly see if it helps or note. Note: you will probably have to calibrate the app. For instance, it may detect you asleep when awake or awake when asleep. There's an automatic thing that helps test it, and also a way to manually select a level. After adjusting like a couple times it's basically been perfect. You will not regret this app. I use it every night, and it's the first thing I check in the morning.
I used to love this app. Once they updated it, it’s terrible. Now it’s inaccurate data at best. Spend more time editing the information that I was actually asleep and not awake then anything else. Emailed about it, was told it was a user issue. Not a very professional reply. I’m a pretty savvy tech person. And no it’s not me, It's you! Very unhappy.
just get Fitbit
I’ve been using this app for a few days now it’s great. I like how it monitors my heart rate and lets me know if it drops in my sleep.
Some days I would wake up and just not understand why I was so tired. Between trying to get the little ones to sleep and getting some quiet time for myself, I now realize I need to get my day started earlier, and I need my day to end earlier as well. It was pretty amazing to see exactly what a lack of quality sleep can do to me specifically. Now I know, some days if I need to feel 100% I will need a nap or an early night since 8hrs is not always a reality.
Since the new update the app is not registering the right amount of hours that I am sleeping
Love this app!
Loving this app. Never thought I would really think about this however this app keeps me on track it’s awesome
I’ve the heaviest sleeper there is, slept a solid 9 hours and the app tells me I slept for 2? Not accurate at all. Tried for a few nights now it’s getting deleted:) keep the money paid and hopefully you’ll use it get your s*^# together😘
Great video!! Helped with my decision!!
Chuck Norris is so strong that he can chew water
This app is really helping me to understand what’s going on at night. With 2x kids under 5 and a sleep disorder, I can now visually see how disrupted my sleep is and over time can track if it’s improving. I wear my Apple Watch to bed and use the silent alarm to wake me up. Love this app, look at it every morning as soon as I wake up!
I have used various sleep apps including the Fitbit one and this is the best I have used the information is easy to read and very helpful if suffering sleep issues
I like the additional amount of detail this gives me, especially the sleep debt calculator. The best replacement I’ve found since moving to an Apple Watch from my Fitbit.
Still on the fence to get Apple Watch 4 or not, I am not a runner or gym guy, sleep/heart monitoring is what I think will be more useful for me. This is the video I was looking for, so thanks !!
This app is a MUST, if you are wearing an AppleWatch.
HRV (heart rate variability) in Apple Health / Apple watch is available in Turkey contrary to false claims of developer. Shame yourself, do your research!!!!!!
Mükemmel çalışıyor. Saati olanlara tavsiye ederim
sleepwatch is way better compared to those two apps..
Responsibility is not inherited, it is a choice that everyone needs to make at some point in their life.
