Using Advanced Heuristics AutoSleep works out how long you've slept so you don't have to.
If you DO wear your Watch to bed, you don't need to do a single thing. AutoSleep will track your sleep & quality and send you a notification in the morning.
Even if you don't wear your Watch to bed, AutoSleep can track your time in bed. It's extremely simple.
If you DON'T wear your Watch to bed, then simply take your Watch off before you go to sleep. As soon as you touch your iPhone or put your Watch back on in the morning then AutoSleep will know that you have finished sleeping.
As everyone is a little bit different. AutoSleep provides a simple setup wizard and an option to tweak if you are a very restless sleeper.
If you wear your Apple Watch to bed*, AutoSleep will also analyse your sleep quality. By using time asleep, restlessness, time awake and heart rate it can score the quality of your sleep and provide you with a comprehensive nightly analysis.
*Note. If you do not wear your Watch to bed, AutoSleep simply captures the amount of time sleeping.
AutoSleep also works with HeartWatch our premier heart & activity monitoring app and writes your Sleep information to Apple Health.
*Requires Apple Watch running Watch OS 4 or higher. WatchOS 5 recommended.

This is an amazing little app. It’s so indepth and gives a excellent overview of your sleep pattern. You can compare your sleep pattern daily. My sleep pattern has changed due to considerable pain. I am able to show my hospital specialist how little sleep l am now getting due to the pain. One little drawback is that it can register inactivity as sleep, for example, if you are just sitting still watching tv, whichbcan have an overall difference in your sleep trend. However, you are able to change this so that it gives a morw accurate report. Each morning l find myself looking at the results for the night. You really start to become aware of sleeping patterns. All in all a fabulous little app. Highly recommended.
By some margin the best sleep detection app out there, well worth the price. Accurate and easy to calibrate to start with. Lots of useful information and in depth analysis of sleep patterns and quality of sleep.
I bought the bundled trio of all apps by this developer and I am disappointed. The pillow app does most of what this does for free and the premium version of pillow costs less and does much more than all three of these together. Note to self- do not buy apps that do not offer a full trial of 3 days at least. @Apple- please introduce a refund system.
I bought my Apple swatch primarily to track my sleep and with AutoSleep App, it is so easy! I find the information very accurate. Since I’ve started using this app my sleep quality, time and my readiness for the next day have improved greatly. I am extremely happy with AutoSleep and the information you can get from using the app is remarkable.
I have no idea how accurate the app is vs, say, a sleep clinic's readings… but I've been using it for the better part of two years, and the _comparative_ day built up over time is extremely useful and unbelievably consistent. And, as far as I can tell, it tracks very accurately to my actual experience of time asleep, and also to measures of restedness, sleep debt, etc. The app has also been steadily updated in the time I've used it, and actually enhanced in terms of ease of use, usability of data, etc., and not just cosmetics (although that, too) all while avoiding 'feature bloat.' I also had a technical issue about a year ago, and the support team was really helpful (turned out to be a hardware issue with my phone itself.) All round? Bravo!
I really enjoy AutoSleep when it works. Unfortunately I have had many days where there are system errors. I have at least 1-2 a week where it says system error and I have no data for that sleep. Had this been a free app I really would not have minded but I did pay for it which is very frustrating.
Has helped me to develop a sleep appropriate agenda that suites my busy lifestyle. Valuable, accurate data at your fingertips that can be easily reviewed and easily applied. Love it.
Great sleep health support.
I’ve tried several sleep apps, & this one provides the most accurate results. Its ability to track such a diverse group of data amazes me. Two thumbs up!
Sleep app works great for me. I am a shift worker so keeping track of my sleep is important. The sleep debt function is particularly good as it allows me to be aware of how far behind I am and allows me to make changes to improve the score.
I just bought this and it's failed 2 nights in a row now. What a waste of money.
Love the app

Great app. Well worth the money
Seems to be surprisingly accurate. I would recommend this as far as this type of app goes.
I’ve tried many different sleep apps and this one is the best by far. Why? 1) seamless integration with Apple Watch, 2) very useful sleep metrics summarised in the app and on the Watch, 3) integration of other metrics such as heart rate variability (from the Watch!), 4) the developer is constantly updating the app and making it better!
This app used to be very functional. After the the update 6.0 it started to measure sleep time wrongly. For example, last night I slept for 7.5 hours but Sleepcycle measured 3hrs
Diğer kullandığım uygulamalar arasında en iyisi watch kullanıyorsanız tavsiye ederim...
If you have the watch than you should have this app. It’s simple, accurate and really useful. On every update the app is getting better and better. Congrats 👍🏿👏🏿
Happiness is found in doing, not merely possessing.
