A simple workout app tried and tested in the gym for tracking your current set and rest period.
Simply set the total desired sets for the current exercise, start the timer when you are ready for your rest period, and the app will automatically increment the current set once your rest period has finished (no more second guessing what set you're up to).
Based on your feedback, the rest period reset button has been replaced with a skip button so that you can move onto the next set sooner.
