Requesting your Uber is easy – here’s how it works:

- The app uses your location so your driver knows where to pick you up.
- You’ll see your driver’s picture and vehicle details, and can track their arrival on the map.
- Payment can be made by credit card, cash (in selected cities only), Apple Pay, PayPal and more.
- After the ride, you can rate your driver and provide feedback to help us improve the Uber experience. You’ll also get a receipt by email.

What about luggage when traveling?
it's all about promo code: I wanted to see about payment and to see if taxes are extra, etc..
Exactly where the driver said at the right time
The driver did not come to drop off point. We phoned twice asking him to wait he drove off and charged us £6. Won’t be using Uber in London again. Would like refund.
Your driver did not have any clue as he does not speak English.
Can you please tell me how I get notified if my child calls/takes an Uber, ...so that I can also “follow “ the ride and geht at the end an e-Mail how much was the payment? So far I have an own account, with own phone number and own email. As well my child has “own” account. Only “overlap” is my credit card information, haha.
Very professional...the car was immaculate!
Very good experience to talk with the driver.
I was charged for a cancelled ride when I don’t know how to cancel a ride. I still can’t work the app. I can’t speak to anyone or get help from anyone. I can’t get confirmation that my request has been received. I find the service difficult to use. I will try it again one more time. Where can I get some advice on how to use the app? Our driver was good and not responsible for my problems.
Thanks for the promo code !)
For the second time driver didn’t come to pick up point & just canceled the ride
I use Uber a lot and I’m really disappointed at there credit limit as far as issues with pick up. I usually get picked up in an area with high traffic and when the drivers don’t see me an they decide to cancel even while we are talking to each other I shouldn’t have to pay their cancellation fee when I couldn’t find them because of all the cars and trucks that were in the way regardless of issues in the past with have happened for the same reasons or they say one charge an charge another I shouldn’t have to pay their cancellation I’m so annoyed right now
Firget it 👎👎👎
What happened to the $9:44 quote ????? PAUL Davis 3045 EsteryBlvd to Santini Plaza. We had to wait several 2mim 1 min Uber sent to wrong address
It’s frustrating for a regular customer such as myself to have not received their food and not have someone to contact about it. Placed an order for my family, was wondering why it hadn’t been delivered about 10 minutes past the time it should have been, went into the app to check the status when it says delivered and I hadn’t received a message or a phone call from the driver or a knock on the door. Looked up Uber’s policy and it says if the driver made an effort to contact the customer and failed that you may not be eligible for a refund, that’s like paying for something you didn’t even receive!
I take regular short trips to work Monday to Friday. I’m fairly new to this but have experienced friends who are both passengers and drivers. I’ve done 17 trips that come to no more than $13 each. I’ve had a few nasty drivers who Uber gave me credit for (would rather just not encounter them at all but you can’t control which drivers you get) who are either creeps or rate you one star because you’re going a short journey. If you’re that much of a bitter asshat, don’t become a driver. We’re polite, we’re clean, we don’t eat or drink in your car but you jeopardise us getting passed over for rides due to malice because you wanted a long ride. It’s disgusting that this app encourages such a culture of immature idiots who barely qualify as adults- even if I have all but two of them five stars.
Too often the GPS plotting is inaccurate and our last two trips the GPS took both drivers longer ways than necessary
couldn't you make a fucking video 2 minutes long top I mean 30 seconds please I dontr have 7 minute tp fucking waste. show me where to press and tell me why my guy isn't there
Chuck Norris can literally slap you stupid.
Hi, I prebooked my trip to the airport and my trip was cancelled. Next driver got to me 45 minutes later. This is unacceptable. Regards
I would like to know please how to get reimbursed the $46 I was charged for a ride that never happened. Olympic Stadium to Lyric Theatre Sydney. I ordered an Uber and then the driver cancelled. Another one was assigned but I messaged him not to come as we had waited long enough for the first driver we were going to miss our show. Muhammad (who I said no to) has invoiced that trip!!! How do you do that consciously when you didn’t take the trip. Very disceitful. It’s not made easy to get a refund to how do I do it. I’ve tried their automated messaging but not overly hopeful. Bit annoyed considering the amount I have spent on Uber in Sydney the last 7 days.
Adan Abdullahi charged waiting time this afternoon which made my short ride from 765 Meadowbank Road to Ngapuhi Road very expensive. Did he do this because I’m an older woman? And not likely to complain? My pickup address was 765 Meadowbank Road and I was clearly visible (sunny weather) waiting and waving on the footpath in front of that number yet he sat waiting at a petrol station way over on the opposite side (even numbers all along that side) of that very busy road. No pedestrian signals nearby for me to use to stop the traffic and allow me to cross. I’ve used Uber many Times and been completely satisfied. My son has now asked me to switch to Zoomy. Please let me know what action you are taking. Elizabeth
Does uber charge extra when entering a business property with a front gate ?
Su uberi cok fazla ulkede kullandim ama Turkiyede ki kadar igrnc gormedim Bildigin taksi cagiramiosun
İn turkey, Fee are higher than normal taxies
UBER app isn’t user friendly. Especially when you have an issue, it is very difficult to find right or close enough menu item.
Hi, i have a question. Is it okay to ride uber without mobile data? Will they still recve the payment once they accepted the ride? The thing is i dont have internet in my phone yet. Im still gonna buy today. Im staying in a hotel so once i go out of the hotel, my wifi will be lost.
Until you make peace with who you are, you'll never be content with what you have.
