Great show but recently quality has sufferedI’ve been a listener since 2017 and have until recently would have rated this five stars consistently. But in the past year or two, the volume of ads relative to content has increased noticeably. I realize we all gotta pay the bills, and I know they need to promote their network and other shows, but it’s a question of degree, and the ratio of ad to show has become a lot closer to fifty-fifty than it used to be. That plus the apparent lack of interest in telling stories about true crime (there’s been a lot of urban legend content recently) makes me think that maybe Karen and Georgia just aren’t into this anymore. I even spotted two or three times of a repeat in content (use of a live-show or old stories). I’m assuming that it’s accidental. It just feels like it’s getting lazy. I get that you have a podcast network now (which is great!) but talking about what’s happening this week on every single other show is not what I’m downloading your episodes for.
