The Horror of Dolores Roach Reviews
**spoiler alert** The actors are excellent, and I found that Dolores’ character really drew me in and was compelling. However, it was a big stretch when a seemingly non-violent ex-con suddenly impulsively murdered a landlord with whom it seemed she had some empathy as she seemed appalled that Luis was paying nothing for rent. Then Luis, the stoner empanada chef suddenly can expertly butcher and clean up a human body in a presumed busy building in the middle of NYC?!? It was too much for me to believe and not really justification for the sudden dramatic increase in gore in the story. Maybe later in the show, these plot twists are made somehow believable or interesting, but I didn’t bother. I was done with everyone raving about the human special empanadas. Soilent green is people! 🙄

So good. Just gore(ish) enough for me and a great story line.
Absolutely love this pod cast. Couldn’t stop listening to it when I had free time.

Listened to all 8 episodes. While entertaining at times, the storyline was so implausible that I too often distracted thinking “no way.” And I am generally pretty good at suspending reality. Definitely not for anyone who wants a “feel good” ending. While I sometimes recommend podcasts to family and friends, this one I will not.
I think this is an attempt at a modern day Sweeney Todd. Doesn’t quite work for me! Also very gross.
This was a podcast I listened to all in a few hours I could not stop !! It was a bit graphic and disturbing but I loved it !! Can’t wait for more !! Keep it coming!!🔪⛓🌮🚬👍

@saladinMY: My thanks to the dashcam driver in the Penang Bridge incident. Without his video, it could have been just another statistics…
Chuck Norris was asked once if he believed in safe sex. Chuck replied "I did screw a safe once when I was drunk but didn't care for it much".
It's really good - very funny, very real (in a gruesome way) . a great plot and the characters were right on the brink (and so was I )all the way thourgh the great ride. I woud have given it 5 (or 6) stars except I ffelt the last few minutes let it down (for me) - others may disagree
In all chaos there is a cosmos, in all disorder a secret order.
