Really interesting listen, never boringI always look forward to this podcast. I really enjoyed season one, and I’m just finishing up season two. It’s always entertaining and never boring, the host is an excellent storyteller I’m using assistive technology, and I think leaving reviews is a pain, but for a podcast like this, totally worth it!.Score: 5/5

Truly Incredible (Literally LOL)Absolutely incredible show so far, the attention to small details in the Sherry Shriner story catch me off guard while I’m listening and at first you think there’s no way humans with brains that are educated enough to read could believe this, then the more you listen it sounds more plausible and without knowing the steps it almost seems easy to get sucked in by the stuff. About half way through episode 4, it became clear that she targeted people in her group that were couples who both followed her beliefs, since it was obvious that her husband didn’t seem to be one of her warriors. Whether she did this because she was jealous or scared they could challenge her since they had something she didn’t, I don’t think anyone will ever know but it’s mind blowing..Score: 5/5

A fascinating podcast featuring unusual subjectsI’ve found The Opportunist to be one of the best and certainly the most original podcasts in the mix right now. It’s excellently produced, extensively researched, and confidently and engagingly narrated by the show’s creator. What I’ve liked most about it is the choice of little-known subjects for the two seasons that have thus far been produced. I myself get sick of the morning-zoo-radio-station format of most crime podcasts, featuring banter and attempts a humorous repartee. I much prefer solid narrative. Amazing Up Until the EndThis was an amazing podcast. Professional production, thorough research, entertaining, informative, concise. There was one deviation of topic a little past midway through the last episode. She goes off on some racial, woke tangent that serves only as a distraction to the primary story. I do not understand it’s relevance or what her aim was. I think she is trying to talk about perception but the connection is made only weakly. If she is implying that she thinks white people “look” more trustworthy, she is only revealing that she is the one that distrusts people of non-white races. 🤷🏾‍♂️ Other than about a third of the last episode, it was an intriguing, informative podcast..Score: 3/5

Great Content.I really have enjoyed this podcast now for two seasons. It is well researched and contains interesting topics and ethical musings. My only complaint is more about the format/flow of the show. The ads are kind of disruptive as there is no real indicator an ad has started other than some extremely subtle music or sound effects that just make it seem like another part of the pod. The host also reads ads just like the regular content making it a bit more jarring. Overall worth a listen..Score: 4/5

Season 2 😳😳😳I’m an Oncology Infusion RN at a Comprehensive Cancer Center and was blown away by the in-depth, accurate reporting done on season two. It was so well done (and hard to hear 💔). I have so many of my coworkers (RNs and pharmacists) listening to it now. Thanks for shedding light on the how some people can taint a trusted profession. Always question things that don’t seem right and be your biggest advocate. On the bright side, Gemzar and Taxol are dirt cheap now. Most chemotherapies are. The immunotherapies are the moneymakers now..Score: 5/5

I found this podcast the same day I found myself following a debate among Christians about Covid-19, the vaccine (which they call “Maxine ” to avoid Facebook fact checkers) and the Mark of the beast. All this going on in Perth Western Australia. I am astounded by these people and have serious concern for their mental health. This podcast told a riveting story about the origins of this thinking and really explained a lot about the way those minds work. Well researched, beautifully spoken. An absolute winner!.Score: 5/5
