TED Radio Hour Reviews
Ceep on going with all the podcasts you are in like wow in the world or how I build this.
So insightful that challenge the way you think about things. Look forward to every episode every week.
The quality of the production is great, but it’s quite irritating that the majority of episodes you’ll find in your feed are simply reposted from earlier. I usually get excited and then realize I listened to it last year.
I think that the way Guy Raz & the npr staff do the Ted Radio Hour makes the episodes hard to resist, & “heads & shoulders” above the other podcasts. They have a real gift for drawing us in with the essence of the topic, & then bringing together several Ted speakers on the same general topic, all of which can be followed up by looking up the speakers’ full talks on Ted.com. Guy is especially skilled at asking the right questions at the right times, & he sounds as interested in the speakers & topics as I am. Thank you very much for giving me a gold mine of new information as often as I want, which is often. I find it exciting beyond words... 😃 Wendy
I’ve always loved TED talks and I was hesitant to try a full audio adaptation to something I thought of as very visual. They keep me engaged and I feel like I’m not wasting my time, or getting too distracted. It’s perfect. Thanks!
I really enjoyed Ted talks and listened to all of the episodes, even the history, but since you have been rerunning episodes I have changed to other podcasts, it’s frustrating to start listening to a podcast only to realize I’ve already heard it. If someone wants to go back they can do it themselves since all the episodes are available. This would make more sense if it was unavailable until you replayed it
The best podcast... And I'm hooked. Guy does an amazing job at simplifying concepts that can be understood by one and all
Although your shows are fabulous, I have to give one less star than five because of the obvious political bend to the left on many of the shows. I really don’t like the bias you show and it makes those of us that are neutral or on the other side not want to listen. I always cringe before I start listening to a show, knowing I am possibly subjecting myself to your political views. I wish you wouldn’t politicize the shows.
I am grateful for the opportunity to be able to listen to it while working
This podcast got me addicted to radio shows. I am a huge fan, never stop learning.
These podcasts are reminders of all the things wrong in the world, there are so many right things. It reminds me how many great humans we have on this planet and every day I am inspired to become one and how amazing our world is.
If you are a fan of TED Talks you’ll love this podcast – mixing snippets of several TED Talks and expert interviews focused on a particular subject.
'Old Glory' is also what Chuck Norris calls his package.
I am always doing that which I can not do, in order that I may learn how to do it.
