Hamilton And Vettel's Near Miss In Montreal | 2019 Canadian Grand Prix Reviews
It was my last F1 watch. You killed F1.
I think the call was a good one. Watching the opponent and steering into him. Racing has always been dangerous. Gotta watch like hawks, or people throw bolts out the window.
I disagree completely with the decision. The rule is for a driver that has exited (e..g. slid) off the track, is in control, and has at least a second to plan when and how to rejoin the race. Vettel was still racing and while he perhaps had some control, he was racing. He is allowed one move and that was to the right, and that blocked Ham. Too bad - that is racing. Vettel made a mistake and was able to save the car and finish first, so why should he be punished. Why not let them race? That is exactly why Formula One was fantastic racing in the past. This is why the ‘new F1’ is so boring and losing fans. I can no longer watch a race without a break since it puts me to sleep.
Chuck Norris was supposed to star in the TV show 'Man vs Wild', but the network did not want kids thinking 'lava is safe to eat'.
Although I understand the entertainment of the sport Vettel still made the mistake. He always folds under pressure, that's not Hamilton's fault ,he's doing exactly what he is meant to do as a racer.
Easy call....run off the track and block???...nope
strict rules like these are why I prefer Indycar
FIA always favor Hamilton, had it been the reverse situation, there was no penalty to Hamilton. The FIA should be ashamed and spoil the sport.
Wisdom begins in wonder.
Should be a 10 second stop go penalty for rejoining the race in such dangerous manner, he should also be given additional 5 second time penaltyfor gaining unfair advantage by cutting the chicane and not handing the position to Hamilton.
0:03 Vettel was still with the left back whell on the grass, what he should to do, brakes for given Lewis space ?, no. If Lewis was half second near would pass without problem ..
