Girl, no shame in the journal not looking extravagant! My diet/fitness journal is not much more than a Mead notebook with the date at the top, what I ate, and what I did. And a few logs in between to log things like weight, mood, etc. Good going and I hope you have been successful with your weight-loss journey.
