Where Should We Begin? with Esther Perel Reviews
This is by far the most explorative and intriguing podcast I listen to. It has helped me and my marriage exponentially. Even if you’re not looking for relationship advice, it is extraordinary to hear how Esther explains the humanity in all of us. I listen to most episodes more than once, often taking notes and typically share them with friends and family. Thank you for your hard work and generous gifts in helping others, EP!
I understand this therapist offers quite a bit of advice compared to a typical therapist who constantly follows up a client statement with more questions to the client to get them to explore their thoughts...but I love that this therapist gives practical advice. It’s super useful. Hope she continues to explore even more practical issues faced by moms.
I love this podcast, so many good insights that can apply for any relationship. It has changed my perspective on many aspects of my marriage and my relationships with others
If you’re open, any of these can speak to the relational and personal issues in your life, it doesn’t have to be your exact situation. Esther is warm, confident, challenging, and comforting to the couples she listens to. I really love her optimism for couples in crisis, and her practical advice for those of us in long term relationships!
Just so so good! Lots of self reflection!
Love this podcast!! So much insight :)
Estaire is so compassionate and insightful: I’m learning so much from her through these brave couples’ experiences.
Definitely life altering! I am dying for more episodes. I feel like listening makes me a better person and a better partner.
Is on Audible, as a book (?)....... Where Are We Now? The Arc of Love”
I love these sessions. One of the best podcasts. Please continue to broadcast. Love love love
Esther is highly perceptive and her sessions are fascinating to listen to. She is highly tuned to the female psyche, less so the male - but a good podcast nonetheless!
I had subbed to this podcast for ages but did not start listening until a friend and colleague recommend her first ever episode. Listened this morning and have not been able to stop! Esther is amazing at what she does. I’m a psychologist myself so I realise that more than the training you receive, this profession requires a great deal of instinct and empathy which cannot be taught. Esther does this seamlessly and so naturally. I’ve already learned so much! Such brave people (her clients) and what an amazing practitioner she (Esther) is. Highly recommend.
Chuck Norris doesn't push the envelope. He wipes his ass with it.
A fantastic podcast series with some very honest and brave people; sharing important life issues. Definitely attention grabbing and keeping me awake on long work journeys, with an opportunity to learn and develop yourself at the same time! GB
A fascinating podcast which really highlights the power of honest communication, uncovering of long held feelings and perspectives in a safe supportive kind and honest encounter with a highly knowledgeable respectful and non judgemental therapist. So interesting and so normalising about the state of relationships today. GB
Such a good podcast for anyone interested in relationship dynamics, so refreshing to hear people’s problems in such a helpful dialogue and not forgetting to mention how the truth is such a breath of fresh air in a less than honest world. Looking forward to more episodes. GB
Responsibility is not inherited, it is a choice that everyone needs to make at some point in their life.
