Great if maybe not the way Tim thinksTim is a great interviewer and gets to connect with some remarkable people who have a lot of fascinating things to say. About a range of subjects that you might not have realised you could be interested in. I don’t buy the idea that he’s extracting the success factors of the elite, I don’t think I want to hang out with him, and I’m not persuaded by much of the product placement, but there’s still plenty to enjoy about the podcast..Score: 5/5

Real life, honest & practical - so good!I just listened to Tim's interview with Brene Brown and I loved so much about it! Although I am 66 and don’t need to work, I find your pods and guests truly inspiring and I especially listen to the ones about diet, aging well etc. Well done and keep it up. Good could be greatHi Tim, Start with the positives: Good guest lineup and content Good diversity of topics Solid open questions and teeing up questions Inquiring mind and like the way you think Negatives: Intro music is dated and not representative of c5,000,000 downloads ‘Ladies and Germs’ opener is painful mate Too many front loaded adverts, if you are going to harvest new audiences and ask them to invest 1.5 hours in your content you have to front load with a ‘hook’ i.e. best snippet from the conversation right at the front. Adverts can be disseminated twice throughout the conversation but not at the front Thumbnail needs updating, again image and content as a blended approach. Summary - learnt a lot from you mate but also learnt how not to do various things. Keep up the good work and the fantastic guest profile. Eoin Walker.Score: 4/5

Loved the Vivek Murthy Interview.It’s just the stuff you want to listen to right now. More immersive than VRI just finished listening to episode 388 with Lisa Lang and was so immersed in the deep conversations of exploring bringing the humanity out of subcultures, understanding ourselves and our humanity, that I left the house without my work bag and only realised once the episode finished. Love it (and idea)This podcast is epic. Lots to learn and Tim is makes me laugh. I had an idea. What about if you interviewed someone who wasn’t a gazillian-aire and you just had someone who was on their way to the top? All the people you interview have something to say and it’s awesome but it’s all from the same viewpoint. It would be cool for you to interview someone at the start of their start up journey or a young person who is full of ambition. It would definitely go against what you’ve done before. Just when you think it can’t get any better...I defy anyone to have a favourite Tim Ferriss podcast for longer than a week or even a few days. New to Podcasts - this is a mustHaving never heard of Tim Ferris’s, and discovered podcasts during lockdown (how easy they are - they were a mystery) I am now a top fan! Directed this way when I heard @thehughjackman clip on the radio, so decided to listen, what a podcast! Everything you need to know about the world of meditation (and as a teacher of this fabulous life must) this sums it up beautifully! You wil come away being a fan of both men and Meditation.... Since listening I have added reading outloud to my day followed by my daily meditation and can see ther benefits already! Great tip! Great Podcast guide and full of encouraging tips... looking forward to listening to more while doing my 2nd 1000 peice puzzle (another tip) - question did Hugh get the puzzel craze from his actor Patrick Stewart - as I noticed he does the same on The Graham Norton Show. which is when I started my first! Husband finished and brought him a personalised puzzle for his birthday for the same reasons described even though I hadnt heard this tip .... thanks for the fabulous Podcast and will for sure listen to more! Brain food and life trainingI just started listening to this podcast a couple of weeks ago, and it has had such an impact on me I have been quite astonished. I have listened to five different epidsodes so far, and each one was eye-opening and insightful, and actually changed the way I looked at my life and the world. The length of the episodes doesn't bother me as I have a long commute. I love the fact that he is able to go into such detail in his conversations and allow guests to really elaborate their points. Also the adverts and product placement are understandable - how else would such an amazing resource be free to access? I actually find some of them really useful, and get the feeling he's not the sort of guy to promote a product he doesn't believe in. Thanks Tim!.Score: 5/5

Not as good as it used to beSadly, this has gone from unmissable to skip for weeks. Why Tim thinks we want to hear him get drunk for an hour with his least charismatic friends, is beyond me. Talking about tasting $15k bottles of Japanese whisky..? The ego has surpassed the usefulness now..Score: 3/5

All the “aha’s” and moreI’m new to podcasts and am slightly addicted to this one. I love your voice Tim, the audio is like butter and calms my mind. I like that the length of these are driven by the content and not a time restriction. They remind me of a time when we weren’t driven by the optimum 18 minute Ted talk, but by conversation because it was good. The little nuances, lulls and laughter is not edited and stripped out, the humanity remains. I have had sooo many aha moments in every one I have listened to. Some profound and some are just a “shoulda had a V8” snack to the head. I have a lot of listening to do to get caught up, I'm a fan! Thanks Tim!.Score: 5/5

Remarkably smart and well-researched.I like that the podcasts are longer (about an hour +) and I dig the time investment. I get a big dopamine rush afterwards. Decent Podcast.. far better ones out thereTim as an interviewer brings very little expertise himself to the conversation. That and the fact that his interviewing style is an awkward mess made me axe this podcast from my weekly rotation. There are just far better ones out there with real experts (Peter Attia, Sam Hariss, Peter Diamandis) and real conversations (JRE). If for some reason you enjoy wasting your time on sub par podcasts then feel free to give this one a go. It’s not bad..Score: 2/5

My favorite podcastThis is an awesome podcast especially for those who love learning and self improvements. Over the years, this podcast introduced to so many incredible high performers. I not only get to learn when listening to the podcast, I also get to deepen my learning outside of the podcast through podcast and books by these high performers. The fact Tim Ferriss is an incredible interviewer just makes the podcast that much better. Some may think the episodes are too long but I still think it is worth the time investment (I listen to it during my morning commute to work, and now I actually look forward to my commute)..Score: 5/5

There are some great episodesTim is a Silicon Valley Bro-100%. His show is all about interviewing “successful” people and having them summarize the systems and tools they leveraged to build an empire. But he’s obsessed with psychedelics these days. And polyamory. And fitness. And his own enlightenment and coolness. So you really have to cherry pick which episodes you listen. But when he has a good interview, it’s great. THE top long form podcast.I listen to a variety of podcasts and for a long time was unaware this existed. Not sure how I ended up here but am eternally grateful. I was struggling mentally and socially and spiritually and this podcast I could say saved my life in a way. It’s a simple platform, Tim brings on a guest you may or may not know (LOVE finding new people and then venturing into their own portfolios) and they sit down and talk. Simple, right? But the insights and wisdom that has been distilled down to me is invaluable. Countless recommendations being passed down without ever FEELING like anyone is pushing anything or selling themselves. Tim asks poignant, thoughtful questions but more importantly really listens to the guests answer and then digs deeper into specifics about how they respond. It has really made me a better human and I sincerely thank you Tim. My only critique would be Tim can sometimes over extend the question when he could be more more direct and know the guest will understand his question, no need to over-explain. However, that doesn’t ever deter me from listening to any episode. Infinite thanks to out to Tim and his team (if he has one).Score: 5/5

Going StaleI’ve listened to every single episode of this show, and I do find Tim to be the most thoughtful interviewer in the podcasting world currently. Tim is clearly a very thoughtful guy, but he features so few women and people of color on his show. I’m certain that it has occurred to him that his guest list is so predominately white and male; I believe it to be a conscious decision he makes. Perhaps he fears his listenership will dwindle if he doesn’t feature the same type of dude over and over again. If I am wrong, I challenge Tim to consider broadening his perspective on what he considers to be “high performance.” I challenge him to reach beyond the obvious low hanging fruit. Game changerI didn’t listen to many podcasts, but, over the last 2-3 months, I have been addicted to Tim Ferriss. I’m a realist when it comes to bettering myself but Tim is a no BS straight shooter. He practices what he preaches and lives by it. Excellent show, something for everyoneThis show has taught me to see the bigger picture; the shared attitudes across all aspects of life that can be applied anywhere in your life. I originally started just listening to only the guests who were from domains I was interested in but when I went back and listened to all the people I skipped, I realised they too shared these visions and sometimes described them in a way that sunk in better for me. It also highlighted to me that these views are universal. The trick is to tweak and apply them to all the situations you face. Hearing from different points of view allows you to also be more creative in your own applications. I would love to hear an interview with Eminem on how he got through his early struggles and handled the rejection and still made it to the top..Score: 5/5
