I live by Bodybuilding.com!!! That’s how I got abs!! Don’t pay for a trainer lol just make sure to research what you personally should be eating and talk to a doctor and look at the videos of technique and how to do each movement correctly when on bodybuilding and doing those workouts! FORM over quantity. It’s better to stop rather then keeping doing the reps incorrectly. Must have correct form and bodybuilding shows you! Find a corner or room in the gym that isn’t too crowded and grab all or most of the equipment you need for the work out and get it done! That’s what I did and worked great! Then when I was comfortable I went into the weight room with the guys and it is NOTHING! It’s so not scary at all and none of the guys care or pay attention they are all focused on themselves. If you stand around just looking or look around like you don’t know where you are or what you’re doing then a trainer or employee might come up and ask you if you need help or what you are wanting to do but it’s okay! Don’t be scared!

Well no throwing up and going back to the workout isn’t a big deal and people do it all the time especially when you are losing weight. Like watch any fitness show. HOWEVER YOU PERSONALLY should not have been there to begin with since you were at a fine weight but then again people still workout to maintain weight and people have two a days all the time so nothing is wrong with what you did but it’s wrong if you mentally are thinking the way you were. If you don’t plan out two a days and just went to the gym cus you have one piece of pizza and some cheese then yes anorexia or bulimia or a binge disorder is NOT good. Two a days is only ok if you EAT all the calories you are suppose to and it’s a plan. But yeah I just wanted to clear up that everyone is DIFFERENT so don’t think you can’t work out twice a day and don’t think if you throw up you have to quit. If you are having mental problems and developing a eating disorder please get help... tell someone close to you that you trust what is going on. Then seek professional help. If you think you might by not sure look up signs of eating disorder and if you check off more than half or even half of the things it says then talk about it, because you could stop an eating disorder from forming or getting bad and save your life! This is so good! I had basically the exact same story through high school but mine turned to bulimia almost instantly. I struggled with that for 5 and a half years and went through sooo many roller coaster habits. I was actually diagnosed with 3 types of different disorders but the main disorder was bulimia. You're super inspirational. 🖤
